The article examines the problem of methodological fragmentation in contemporary approaches to the analysis of business models of entrepreneurship under modern challenges. It is established that structural, process-system, typological, contextual, and evaluative approaches, despite their analytical productivity, mostly develop as relatively autonomous lines of research, which complicates the construction of a coherent conceptual and formal system for describing a business model. It is substantiated that under conditions of digitalization, war-related risks, environmental constraints, regulatory shifts, and behavioral changes in the environment, there is a need for such an ontological framework that would not only organize the key dimensions of a business model, but also ensure the possibility of their further empirical operationalization.The purpose of the article is to develop an integrated ontology of business models of entrepreneurship that combines the basic, structural, contextual, classificatory, dynamic, and evaluative levels of description. The article formulates the principles for constructing such an ontology, reveals its multilevel architecture, identifies key entities, attributes, and relations, and proposes a protocol for the typological classification of real business models. Unlike existing approaches, the proposed ontology distinguishes between the levels of business model description and combines them within a unified research system suitable for classification, comparison, and further analytical use.It is proved that the integrated ontology can perform the function not only of a conceptual framework, but also of a research infrastructure for questionnaire design, coding schemes, sample formation, scenario analysis, and the integrated evaluation of business models. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the development of a multilevel ontological construct that ensures the transition from fragmented theoretical descriptions of business models to systematic, methodologically ordered, and reproducible empirical analysis.
