The article analyses changes in the dynamics of the Russian political culture. The complicated development and “hybrid” nature of the Russian political culture are shown. The factors, which facilitate the changes, are identified. The effects of the changes are estimated, their consequences, including negative ones, are considered. Relation of the Russian political culture with habitus is revealed; the role of the citizens’ individualization is shown. Recent trends in the Russian political culture are described and its development prospects within the framework of the globalization process are identified.
