Scenarios of the Spatial Distribution of Human Capital in the Republic of Bashkortostan: to the Statement of the Problem

В статье представлен краткий анализ степени развития человеческого капитала в Республике Башкортостан, приведен обзор исследований различный факторов его формирования. Выделены пять территорий концентрации человеческого капитала в Республики Башкортостан, причем центры двух из них находятся за пределами республики. Авторами сформулированы сценарии динамики развития человеческого капитала на данных территориях. The article provides a brief analysis of the degree of development of human capital in the Republic of Bashkortostan, and an overview of studies of the different factors of its formation. Five territories of concentration of human capital in the Republic of Bashkortostan are proposed, and the centers of two of them are located outside the republic. The authors formulated scenarios of the dynamics of the development of human capital in these territories.
