Given the demand for ubiquitous connectivity and massive service access in future wireless communications, the application of sparse code multiple access (SCMA) to satellite communications has great potential. However, exposed links of satellite communication make it more vulnerable to malicious jamming, which will seriously affect the reliability of the system. In this paper, the frequency hopping technique and the low-rate codes are jointly applied to the anti-jamming SCMA based the uplink satellite-terrestrial communication. The frequency hopping technique distributes the information to different frequency bins to reduce the probability of user signals being jammed. Meanwhile, the low-rate codes stretches the bit information to redundant bits so that the jammed bits can be recover at the receiver. The paper also compares the anti-jamming performance between turbo codes retransmission and low-rate turbo-Hadamard codes under the same code rate. The simulation results show that the low-rate turbo-Hadamard codes have superior performance in anti-jamming.
