Proceedings of the 46th International Symposium on Computer Architecture

This year's ISCA offers an opportunity to expand our community in two ways. First, ISCA'19 is a part of FCRC, which allows attendees to explore other areas of research by co-locating with thirteen other conferences. Combined events such as the Turing lecture, plenary speakers, and the Sunday night reception enable participants to share activities across conferences. In the same vein of expanding opportunities, the organizing committee has made a concerted effort to expand the ISCA community by encouraging and financially supporting undergraduates to attend the conference with the First Undergraduate Architecture Workshop (uArch). The workshop's goal is to encourage students, especially from non-traditional or underrepresented backgrounds, to meet our community and explore Computer Architecture as a future career in graduate school and beyond. This is a first of a kind endeavor for the community, and we hope to see this workshop become an integral part of future ISCAs.
