Учебное пособие направлено на реализацию компетентностного подхода при изучении теории государства и права. В нем представлены тестовые вопросы, тезисы лекций, практические и творческие задания, направленные на углубление и систематизацию знаний по проблемам общей теории государства и права, а также методические рекомендации для эффективной организации самостоятельной работы студентов при подготовке к промежуточной аттестации и написанию рефератов по дисциплине «Актуальные проблемы общей теории государства и права».
