В статье проанализированы объективные и субъективные факторы диагностических и экспертных ошибок при стационарной судебно-психиатри-ческой экспертизе за 1988-1992 и 2019-2023 гг. в государственном экспертном учреждении Москвы. Описаны основные результаты клинико-криминологического анализа представленного материала - механизмы социально опасного поведения при шизофрении и расстройствах личности. Отмечена значительная частота сочетаний диагностических ошибок с экспертными (82 - 89 %), что влечет за собой неоптимальность профилактики повторных правонарушений. The article analyzes objective and subjective factors of diagnostic and expert errors during inpatient forensic psychiatric examination in 1988-1992 and 20192023 at the state expert institution in Moscow. The main results of the clinical and criminological analysis of the presented material are described - the mechanisms of ocially dangerous behavior in schizophrenia and personality disorders. A significant frequency of combinations of diagnostic errors with expert errors (82-89%) was noted, which leads to the non-optimal prevention of repeated offenses.
