Бронхиальная астма – это наиболее распространенное хроническое заболевание нижних дыхательных путей у детей, изучением которого врачи разных эпох занимались и занимаются уже более трехсот лет. Представляет интерес анализ клинико-анамнестических проявлений заболевания во временном аспекте, определение своевременности диагностики и эффективности лечения. Полученная информация позволит правильно расставлять акценты в дальнейшей работе над проблемой бронхиальной астмы у детей, создавать наиболее эффективные методы диагностики, лечения и профилактики, тем самым давая возможность достигнуть общественного и индивидуального контроля над заболеванием. Bronchial asthma is the most common chronic disease of the lower respiratory tract in children, which doctors from different eras have been studying for more than three hundred years. It is of interest to analyze the clinical and anamnestic manifestations of the disease in a temporal aspect, determine the timeliness of diagnosis and the effectiveness of treatment. The information obtained will allow us to correctly place emphasis in further work on the problem of bronchial asthma in children, create the most effective methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention, thereby making it possible to achieve public and individual control over the disease.
