ИНТЕГРАТИВНЫЙ ПОДХОД И БАРЬЕРЫ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ESG-КОНЦЕПЦИИ В УПРАВЛЕНИИ БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬЮ И КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТЬЮ МАЛЫХ И СРЕДНИХ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ

В статье раскрывается понятие и сущность интегративного подхода через призму решения проблемы внедрения ESG-концепции в условиях малых и средних предприятий, определяются препятствия, влияющие на качество интеграции ESG-принципов в предпринимательскую среду с учетом комплексного подхода, предполагающего органичное встраивание элементов устойчивой политики в стратегию развития малых и средних предприятий. Авторы сформулировали опорные элементы ESG-концепции в условиях предприятий категории МСП, представили уровневую декомпозицию интегративного подхода к внедрению ESG-концепции в деятельность предприятий, выделили основные направляющие элементы в контексте обновленной стратегии роста предприятий МСП. We specify the concept and essence of the integrative approach by solving the problem of the ESG concept application in small and medium-sized enterprises. We identify the obstacles affecting the quality of ESG principles integration into the business environment taking into account the comprehensive approach implying the organic integration of sustainable policy elements into the development strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises. We introduce the key elements of the ESG concept in the context of SMEs and present a level-by-level decomposition of the integrative approach to implementing the ESG concept in business activities. The main guiding elements in the context of the updated growth strategy for SMEs are identified.
