This paper discusses the basic concepts of cognitive semantics that were described in [14]. These use the thesis that human cognitive structures and mechanisms substantially depend on sensory mechanisms, as well as physical and social experience. The possibilities of the application of these concepts for solving the problems of artificial intelligence are considered.
