Abstract (AI)
The article explores a wide range of interrelated issues: the struggle of women for the right to receive higher legal education and its application in practice as sworn attorneys and their assistants. Special attention is paid to the active attempts of the scientific community and legal practitioners to convince the government and legislators to make a positive decision on this issue.
