Problems in the Field of Eco-innovations in the Russian Federation

В статье рассмотрены различные подходы к определению сущности экоинноваций. Авторами проанализированы показатели, характеризующие состояние сферы экоинноваций, что позволило раскрыть существующие проблемы реализации экоинноваций в Российской Федерации. Для решения проблем, заключающихся в недостаточном инвестировании, отсутствии экологической культуры как мотивации для использования инноваций в области экологии, недостатке информационной инфраструктуры и компетентного нормативно-правового регулирования, предложены пути их решения. The article considers different approaches to the definition of the essence of eco-innovations. The authors analyzed the indicators characterizing the state of the sphere of eco-innovations, which allowed to reveal the existing problems of implementation of eco-innovations in the Russian Federation. To solve the problems of insufficient investment, lack of environmental culture as a motivation for the use of innovations in the field of ecology, lack of information infrastructure and competent legal regulation, the ways of their solution are proposed.
