The Periodization of the Formation of Electronic Records Management in Ukraine (1991–2020)

The article presents the periodization of the development of electronic records management in Ukraine between 1991–2020. Based on a historical approach, there are five main periods of formation of electronic records management in Ukraine singled out. The main сharacteristics of automation of records management processes, appropriate to each of the selected periods, are delineated. The priorities of the government of 2015–2021 in the field of electronic records management are also clarified, the main of which are the provision of electronic services and the implementation of a system of electronic interaction of executive authorities. The article presents data on the state of connections of Ukrainian organizations to the system of electronic interaction of executive authorities. Based on the above data, it is concluded that the part of implementation of automated information systems, in particular, electronic records management systems in the activities of organizations and their integration with the system of electronic interaction of executive authorities increased in the last two years.
