Abstract (AI)
RuWritingStyles is a bilingual resource for scholarly writing on Sanskrit linguistics in Russian. It combines (1) a catalogue of Russian-language Claude custom-style prompts modelled on the prose method of major philologists (Zaliznyak, Tronsky, Mel'čuk, Elizarenkova, Toporov, Lidova and others), and (2) a zero-runtime-dependency agentic review pipeline that runs a multi-style "Council" over a Markdown manuscript (segment, independent style reviews, council deliberation, revision, verification) with deterministic Sanskrit quality checks: IAST/Cyrillic transliteration consistency, GOST R 7.0.100-2018 bibliography formatting, and citation grounding. Review panels are selectable by named council (general / sanskrit / indology). Quality is measured, not assumed: an N-averaged gold-case benchmark (5 Sanskrit gold cases × N=5 runs) shows detection of planted philological errors at 24/25 = 0.96; engine-side span-patch reconstruction with a document-growth budget raised the end-to-end pass rate from 0.48 to 0.92 with zero diff failures. The gold set carries a disclosed two-rater annotation (mechanical scorer vs an independent frontier model, agreement 24/25); the methodology paper draft, the benchmark protocol and all run artifacts are included for reproducibility.
Key Findings
1
A selectable Council supports general, Sanskrit, and Indology review panels for Markdown manuscripts without runtime dependencies.
2
On five Sanskrit gold cases evaluated across five runs, the system detected planted philological errors in 24 of 25 cases, achieving 0.96 detection accuracy.
3
RuWritingStyles provides a bilingual Russian resource combining Claude custom-style prompts based on major philologists’ prose with an agentic scholarly-review pipeline.
4
Span-patch reconstruction with a document-growth budget increased the end-to-end pass rate from 0.48 to 0.92 without diff failures; annotation agreement was 24/25.
5
The pipeline performs segmented independent style reviews, council deliberation, manuscript revision, verification, and deterministic Sanskrit checks for transliteration, GOST bibliography formatting, and citation grounding.
