Dorsopathies of the lumbar spine are a significant medical and social problem, significantly affecting patients' quality of life and their ability to work. In the presented clinical case, a 42-year-old female patient with chronic pain syndrome in the lumbar region caused by degenerative-dystrophic changes and protrusions of the intervertebral discs underwent complex therapy including the bioregulatory drugs Traumeel S® and Zeel T. During treatment, pain relief, improved motor activity, and overall improvement in the patient's condition were noted. The results demonstrate the potential of bioregulatory therapy as a component of a comprehensive approach to the treatment of chronic dorsopathies, which is confirmed by positive dynamics and improvement in the patient's quality of life.
