In the version of this article initially published, the authors had omitted a citation for a recent study (Berreur, J. et al. Nature https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-025-09291-6 (2025)) which reported a biaryl deracemization process accomplished through a two-enzyme sequence. The reference is now cited in the third paragraph of the main text of the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
