摘要: 为实现抗风沙型动车组的封闭式设备舱的通风格栅合理布置,建立包含车底设备舱通风格栅和舱内设备的高速列车空气动力学模型,采用CFD方法对高速列车运行时的设备舱流场进行数值模拟,分析格栅布置方式对设备舱通风性能的影响。结果表明:格栅的通风性能主要受格栅布置位置处裙板外侧压力的影响;头车裙板上靠近一位端的位置适宜布置出风格栅,靠近二位端适宜布置进风格栅;中间车裙板上靠近一位端的位置适宜布置出风格栅,其他区域适宜布置进风格栅;尾车裙板上中间区域适宜布置进风格栅、两端适宜布置出风格栅。另外,设备舱底部出风口对其附近的格栅进风性能也有一定影响,设备舱内风机的格栅进风阻力受列车运行速度的影响较小。设计阶段可定性地利用裙板上格栅位置与格栅进排风性能的关系,初步确定适宜的格栅布置方案。
