Abstract (AI)
Abstract A means of selecting stabilizers based on applications and drilling conditions is presented. Experimental wear data and computer analyses of the effects of stabilizer design on bottom hole assembly performance are offered. Useful flowcharts summarizing the papers conclusions on stabilizer and reamer selection are also given.
