Abstract (AI)
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the corporate landscape, automating tasks, augmenting decision-making, and reshaping industries. While AI offers immense potential, its impact on employees is a critical concern. This study examines the intricate relationship between AI adoption and employee attitudes, focusing on trust, job security, work-life balance, well-being, and res killing. By analyzing corporate employee sentiment through a quantitative methodology, this study aims to provide valuable insights for organizations navigating the AI revolution. The findings reveal that trust in AI's capabilities is a critical factor influencing employee confidence and acceptance of AI-driven decision-making. Additionally, while res killing initiatives are essential for preparing employees for the AI-driven future, they may not directly address concerns about job security. By prioritizing employee well-being and addressing anxieties related to future shock, organizations can harness the power of AI to create a more positive and productive workplace.
