ON PRACTICAL PROBLEMS OF “FOREST AMNESTY” IN IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROCEDURE AT GARDEN PLOTS

The article is dedicated to the peculiarities of the “forest amnesty” procedure established by Federal Law No. 280-FZ dated July 29, 2017 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in order to eliminate contradictions in information from state Registers and establish the belonging of a land plot to a certain category of land” and other legal acts for suburban land plots (broadly construed).
