Abstract (AI)
Free-standing and flexible sandwich-like MXene/carbon nanotube (CNT) paper, composed of alternating MXene and CNT layers, is fabricated using a simple filtration method. These sandwich-like papers exhibit high volumetric capacitances, good rate performances, and excellent cycling stability when employed as electrodes in supercapacitors.
Key Findings
1
A free-standing, flexible sandwich-like MXene/CNT composite paper was fabricated using a simple filtration method.
2
As supercapacitor electrodes, the papers exhibit high volumetric capacitance and good rate performance.
3
The MXene/CNT papers demonstrate excellent cycling stability during supercapacitor operation.
4
The composite consists of alternating MXene and carbon nanotube layers, forming a layered sandwich-like architecture.
